On December 14, 2018, Andrea created a Facebook page for family and close friends to "follow her journey with stage 4 (metastatic) breast cancer and all the complications that followed..." She encouraged friends and family "to post words of encouragement, funny memes or your flamingo sightings here. As always, thanks for your support and love on this bumpy road"
On January 16, 2019, Andrea began her heavenly adventure and we converted the #flamingostrong Facebook page to a memory page intended for family and friends that supported our daughter/sister/aunt/friend's journey.
Fast forward 5 years, we created this page to carry on Andrea's legacy and share her story with the world.
We welcome all memories, flamingo memes, supportive, positive and encouraging posts to be shared. Thank you for sharing your love.
